    1. Meditation

      Meditation is performed before and after the class in order to develop concentration and mental stabilization to control stress and personal problems.

    1. Stretching (Preparatory Calisthenics)

      We do 5 to 10 minutes of calisthenics before and after the training and also recommended to all students to do their own stretching exercise whenever possible.

    1. Basic training

      We perform comprehensive basic training. Exercise basic movements many times, learning complex movement precisely is indispensable in order to achieve total body control. The question of technique and movement can be resolved and reevaluated going over the basic training thus, improving your techniques.

    1. Impact Training

      One must engage in impact training such as punching kicking a heavy bag or Thai pads. From this training, one will develop a sense of distance, coordination, weight distribution and timing.

    1. Block Training

      It is essential to practice with a partner for learning and building the sense of distance and timing to master the fighting technique.

    1. Pee Wee Class (4-7 years old) & Children Class (8-12 years old)

      The children will develop good balance, coordination and concentration skills to build a healthy body by training from an early age. Karate utilizes your entire physical elements and well balanced training leads to benefit your everyday life in any kind of circumstances. Starting at an early age would benefit learning these skills better because of their innocence and desire for learning.

    1. Weapons Class

      The weapons class is given in order to achieve unification with weapons and yourself.

    1. Fighting Class

      The fighting class is given for the individuals who are interested in learning advanced fighting skills and techniques. The training is conducted under the close supervision of the instructors.
